What happens when color and gray are absent or minimized? Consider no middle ground, without nuance, accentuating contrast, absolutes, polar opposition and identity. Without shades of gray, where does this leave us to interpret good and evil, true facts or fake news? Results can be visual or in subject matter. Not limited to black-and-white only, but where this is a strong element of the image and/or subject.
Bring on your best ink, bleach, jet and pearl!
